An Organizer's job will include

  • Explaining to beginners about Sahaj Marg system - 'Meditation', 'Cleaning' and 'Prayer'. [After explaining let the beginner say that he/she has understood the system. The experience shows that on account of its simplicity, the system is not easily understood by vast majority].
  • Explaining to beginners how to request Rev. Babuji for starting transmission and for stopping the same, when they are doing the practise at their own places.
  • Conducting group meditation sittings wherever required. While conducting sittings, organizer must not sit infront of abhyasis, but should be in line with other abhyasis. The idea is that the organiser's identity should not be separately visible in the gathering of abhyasis, as it could be harmful in the organiser's interest.
  • While propagating Sahaj Marg system and explaining to people that along with their spiritual elevation, balanced life will evolve in a natural way but they should avoid giving any false hope of Sahaj Marg guaranteeing material progress, etc., as Sahaj Marg does not stand for that, balanced-life can of course be guaranteed, if sadhana were done properly with dedication.
  • Organizing public meetings at various places on their own, and if required to do so, with the object of familiarizing the general public about Sahaj Marg system, keeping into consideration the guideline norms in this regard, given later in this document.
  • If any difficulty experienced by an organizer were not solved to his/her satisfaction, the organizer should pray to Rev. Babuji and fully explain the problem directly to Him with full confidence in his/herself and answer will come (may be the clarification comes, in talks with somebody or more clarity/clarification dawns on the self or in dreams, etc). He has His own way of explaining things, but explanation will definitely come, if confidence is there.
  • To conduct in a manner as to bring brotherhood amongst abhyasis, treating abhyasis as family members. Sincere efforts will undoubtedly bring results. Rev. Babuji's power will help sincere organizers in this direction.
  • To advise abhyasis that discussions have to be avoided.
  • To see that soon after group sittings, certain portions from Rev. Babuji's own literature were read by any abhyasi/organizer regularly as a practise, but discussions on His writings should be avoided and then people should disperse.
  • Organiser should see that abhyasis do not indulge into gossips or futile discussions so that Sahaj Marg abhyasis gathering do not turn the sitting into a 'Sahaj Marg club'.
  • See that no worship of Rev. Babuji's photograph were done, as it would amount to idol worship, this should be discouraged in all the forms.
